How to take the motherboard out of a HP Compaq 8000 Elite SFF?

OK so I got a refurbished PC the one above and it has an OEM OS so I need to keep the motherboard but upgrade the case and I wanted to know if it is a normal board just unscrew it or is there special screw drivers or clip I need?

Its a BTX formfactor motherbd so before you begin make sure you get a BTX supporting case. Aftermarkets cases are mostly ATX, mATX,
