Motherboard led light on after shut down, will that decrease the life of my gaming rig?

The board is a h170 pro gaming. So will it decrease? I was able to go into the bios and turn the led light on the board off but the led light for USB is still on, so I hope that does not affect the life span. I know it is providing like 5w of power which does not cost any thing major in electricity right?

in the bios under boot and usb want to turn off boot my mouse and keyboard if you want that off and usb charging.

i left my z77 sabertooth on by default now for a few years. all that gone bad on me is one or two mice. most of them been the clickers and not the lasers on them.
