Connected to the internet but can not load anything

I am connected to the internet just like usual, but no pages or programs with internet connection will load. I am able to do everything in safe mode and clean boot mode, but not in the normal mode. I haven't been able to fix it with the suggested questions that i should look at before i post, so i am going to post this. I have ran malwarebytes and an anti virus scan and they come up empty. Any help will be greatly accepted. Thanks.

lets try this...in this order...

switch off the router/modem...
reset ur browsers completely from advance settings...
open cmd at elevated level and execute these commands... ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /renew
netsh winsock reset

now switch on the router and let the connectivity restore on the router/modem and repeat this process, with the router on this time...
when done, restart ur system normally...

Tried this. Nothing has changed. Says that "(website) Server's DNS server could not be found" whenever i try to load a page.

I did not. I didn't think they would be much help because my family has other computers on the network that work just fine, and seeing how i can run it all fine in safe mode and clean boot mode.

Tried stuff from there and nothing worked. Ive read other forums and solutions and people have said that resetting windows doesn't help it either.

Ive had my computer for a year and a half and it has worked problem free for that long.
