I have this same issue...tried more graph drivers,and seperated pc and monitor cable..not using hdmi for pc and monitor

I've had the issue before and I increased the refresh rate of my monitor which mostly fixed it. Do you know what your current refresh rate of your monitor is and what it is capable of?

Bang on correct Audie,
If I may add that if you right click on windows desktop, select screen resolution.
Advanced settings, then the list all modes tab.
You will see a list of resolutions, with there refresh rates in Hz
If the desktop ect is set at 60Hz, try the 59hz setting.
