is this a good gaming pc that lasted for 10 years?

no reason to buy haswell system ,
since skylake and ddr4 memory are already here long enough .
no system will last you 10 years performance wise .
i7 6700K should be enough for a next 3 or 4 years assuming you will upgrade your graphics card down the road ,
since gtx 960 is not good enough for ultra gaming at 1080p already let alone in a few years .
if you can tell us your budget we will put something together for you .
