might be a bit on the weak side as the possessor only has 2 cores and t is a laptop so might have cooling issues not quite sure because i have never seen one of the laptops you have. but according to intel your processor can "turbo" to 3 ghz rather than the 2.4 it normally is at. i am not quite sure in total as where it lacks it makes it up in other places.

here are the base requirements from gta

OS: Windows 8.1 64 Bit, Windows 8 64 Bit, Windows 7 64 Bit Service Pack 1.
Processor: Intel Core i5 3470 @ 3.2GHZ (4 CPUs) / AMD X8 FX-8350 @ 4GHZ (8 CPUs)
