How do I know at what temp my CPU is going to throttle?

I have an old AMD 64 X2 4800+ and I've read that its max operating temperature is about 65ºC, but at what temperature does it start to throttle? It seems like I get slowdowns every time I reach about 50 and above, but how can I be sure?

Any help appreciated.

By the way, I've OC'ed it up from 2.5 to 2.7GHZ.

Not sure if it will work. I didn't research it - just a quick search.
That CPU is very old. Time to upgrade probably, or get a better cooler..
Do you have a hair dryer which blows out COLD air. See if that helps if you blow it on the CPU. If it does, get a better cooler, clean fans. etc.
If it's OK without the OC, I'd settle for that.

(Sorry, I also realized - you probably don't need the temperature - you want the listed temp at which it should throttle maybe.)
