I put about that amount on my i5 4690 is it too little? temps seems to be ok

If you applied that much, it should be no problem.

I might have applied a tiny tiny tiny bit more but its about that amount also its 30 degrees ambient here in athens and the cpu at 100% load is at 68 degrees is it bad?
