Hello everyone,

I'm about to upgrade my storage drives and I need help to decide about these three options for OS, programs and games storage:

OPTION 1 (1 SSD for OS, programs and games):
1 SSD Samsung EVO 1TB
OPTION 2 (1 SSD for OS and programs, 1 SSD for games):
2 SSD Samsung EVO 500GB (standalone or RAID-0 build?)
OPTION 3 (1 SSD for OS and programs, 1 HDD for games):
1 SSD Samsung EVO 500GB, 1 HDD WD Black 2TB

All these builds have the same prices: 280€, 220£, 316$

What's my best bet for perfomance?
Thank you!

Solution
Option 1. EVERYTHING on SSD will be the best performance. RAID 0 SSDs, especially for an OS drive is not worth the hassle because there is no significant performance benefit.
