I Have a Old Foxconn G31MXP Motherboad... when it Powered on. its Rebooting again and again after OEM Logo... I can enter to the BIOS Setup... but Cannot boot with anything... I used another BIOS Chip from ASRock G31 Motherboard... with that ASRock MB's BIOS Chip. Foxconn Motherboard is Working Fine... I have Updated that Foxconn MB's Bios Chip using ASRock G31 Board... But Still Coming That Problem with Foxconn Board...Foxconn G31MX Has Award BIOS... ASRock G31 Model Has AMI BIOS.. Foxconn Board's BIOS Chip Also Working With ASRock G31 MB... Its Not Working with its own MB... Can You Guys Tell Me What's That Problem With That Foxconn MB...?

Did you check if there is any problem with ram? if not please plug out the ram out of of your motherboard and restart your system if there are 3 beeps ( AMI bios) and (Repeating (endless loop)in AWARD) when the ram is removed then the motherboard is doing fine and the rams are faulty or that particular ram slot is faulty. i would recommend doing this as this most probably seems to be a ram issue...
