Planning on getting 16GB of Crucial Ballistix Sport LT White @2400 for my upcoming Skylake upgrade. However, people say they fail a lot and wondering as this is true? Hoping not as they are at an attractive price, and the competition is HyperX which don't do white or blue DDR4 as I can see.
Thanks

Who says they fail a lot? Crucial makes very reliable memory and even have a Limited Lifetime Warranty. I am currently running 16 GB of Crucial Ballistix Sport LP (Low Profile) DDR3 RAM in my system, and I've had no issues. In fact, when I do another build soon, I will go with Crucial RAM once again. If I have any issues with it, I'll contact Crucial to get it resolved.

I say do not worry about it and go for it. You can have problems with any brand of RAM. It happens.
