Solution
Have you opened your resource manager and checked if there might be a specific service/program that is using your resources and causing your GPU to max out.
Also have you tried booting into Safe mode and seeing if the problem still persists within safe mode?

First off, try to be calm, there's probably some minor thing causing it and it'll be easily solved.

There's a good chance the system has been infected, new installs are very vulnerable because of the time it takes them to get updated/patched and that process obviously means getting onto the 'net.

Run Windows Defender, just type 'defender' into the search box in the bottom left hand corner of the task bar and run it, it's not perfect but it can get rid of plenty of nasties.
Download and install Ccleaner from here: https://www.piriform.com/CCLEANER then run it.
Download and install some AV software and some anti malware software (AVG, AVAST! for virus, Malwarebytes for malware), run full scans with both.

so you think i should see if a bitcoin miner or any virus is in the pc
and i will install a clean version because i think i installed an infected version.
