I'm looking into building a high end gaming rig that'll be able to allow me to enjoy games to their maximum potential. I've compiled a list of components and accessories that are subject to change, if you could give me your input on the list and perhaps give me some advice I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance. http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/user/Noggs/saved/6xmnTW

Solution
I don't think your board does, but with the right board an M2 drive is a lot faster. The point of using on board wifi is that it keeps the slot free for the future.
get a decent air cooler, there's little to no benefit from a AIO.
wait for the 1080
I'm sure you can get a better PSU for less. You might want to go for 850W, you'll be able to do two high cards then, 750 is a little tight for that.
The case is very very expensive, not sure if it is worth it.
You might find a Mobo with wifi
Onboard sound is very good these days, does it have the outputs in the style that the headphone need them.
Not enough storage, you could (if your mobo supports it) get a smaller M2 drive for the OS and crucial games, and HDDs/SSDs for everything else.
Other than that it's not bad.

I'll up the power supply to make sure there is plenty of room for future upgrades however at 1440p the boosted GTX 980ti and g-sync will smash anything easily (I may upgrade to 4k in the future if it becomes more practical but it's too niche at the moment). I don't mind investing in a nice case, not too bothered about a mobo with wifi I can just use the adapter. I'd prefer a sound card to go with the headphones just to get the absolute best audio fidelity. And thanks for the M2 drive recommendation, didn't know that was a thing I'll look into it.

Ah, alright I'll take that into consideration before I commit myself to a motherboard, thank you for taking the time to help me out.
