OW on medium definitely not, MOBAs though are not all that intensive, so you might be able to. GT 610s are absolutely horrid video cards. It also depends on what res you're running at.

Looking at their system reqs, they recommend at minimum a GTX 460. A GTX 460 blows a GT 610 out of the water.

A 730 GT will handle 1080P Low settings @ nearly 60fps while the R7 240 is a little less, A 610 GT isn't something you want to game on unless you want really low Resolution and low settings.

I need something that is under or at 40 bucks thatll Run Hots at High and OW at Medium. Those are the only games I really play rn. I am able to play Hots on low at aboyut 50 -60 fps with my really old GPU that only has 512mb of VRAM lol. I got this machine for free so I was happy. It has a i7 2.6ghz. But if u could recommend me something thatll be in that price range thatll do what I need it to il be happy.

GPU isn't the only factor here a CPU running @ 2.6 ghz is going to give you lower results when compared to benchmarks or recorded Videos.
730 GT + G3258 @ 1080p will do 1080P Low Settings 60fps... Medium it will drop to around a 45fps average. This is the best you will find New for under $50, you can find better performing used cards if you take the time to look.

I never said bottleneck, Benchmarks and Videos are using new Gen CPU's running 4+ghz vs a i7-870S or I7 920 both are 2.66ghz and will be noticeable lower unless overclocked.. He said he was getting 50-60 fps off a 512mb card I would imagine he is running a pretty low resolution.
