What to do with an opening at the top of case created by mounting a radiator to the top?

I have the Define R4, and got a h100i for it (only cooler that I could get immediately honestly would've gone for a good air cooled heatsink instead). It wouldn't fit dead in the center of the top of the case because of the CPU power connector, but there was screw holes for it to be off to the side a bit. Current problem though is that there's a good almost inch gap to the side of it right above the motherboard (I can see the code it spits out on the digital display without opening the case, so thats useful I guess). My concern is that this is gonna bring a good amount of dust in. Anyone else out there with similar setups and possible solutions for this? Is it fine to just leave it but then have to clean it once in a while?

If your case had positive pressure, I would say not to worry about it. You could just use black electrical tape on the inside to cover the gap, I bet you wouldn't even notice it.
Honestly, I would simply tape over that exposed area with some black tape. Either from the inside or out. Depending on how it looks. Try and find some tape that closely matches the case if you are worried it won't look right. I'd rather have tape on there and it look funny than to have it left open and sucking in dust.
