If Scan.co.uk is to be used as a reference point then, off this list, I'd suggest looking towards Be Quiet, Arctic cooling, Thermaltake Riing(single versions not the 3 fan pack), Silverstone Air Penetrator or Cooler Master Turbine's. If you have access to Swiftech Helix fans and are cheaper than 10quid, I'd highly recommend them over the rest.

Swiftech Helix's double as radiator/heatinsk fans as well as case airflow fans.
