COMPuter FREEZING ON STARTUP WITH BIOS SCREEN, HELP!

So recently I tried to do a complete reinstall of Windows 10 with my disk. Everything seemed to be going fine as I switched around some settings and windows was working properly. I tried to open an app and it wouldnt let me after multiple tries so I just decided to restart my computer for the fist time after reinstalling windows. The, the computer proceeded to restart when the BIOS Screen came up with options to go into the bios, like usual.. This usually only appears for 2 seconds but this time it now did not go away. After several attempts it still doesnt go past that and I cannot go into the BIOS, boot manager, or anything else.. Please help me, thanks
