So, my PC was dropped at the airport by security, and after that I began to have many... many problems. First, my computer kept freezing, then it said my account wasn't permanent, and now it won't even start. I have no windows computer available, (Mac) and the model of my computer is a Samsung NP35E5C. All I get, no matter what I try is a blue screen the says in big white letters, RECOVERY, and the error message bellow it. I am not very good at computers so, please, keep the language easy to understand please
