Help with integrated sound

Hello people i need some help with my integrated sound its a new motherboard i already tried to intsall the Realtek HD Audio drivers, unistalled it then downloaded them from the motherboard's website and when i try to install it from the website it says error: 0x000000FF (i did this because i had no sound and the sound icon had an X next to it), and now when i uninstalled the driver on the sound card tab it says unknown device and it keeps sayin the error each time i try to install the drivers from the motherboard's page. Help please
UPDATE: I managed to install the drivers and now it does appear in the sounds tab but the red X on the sound icon still appears and it says No speakers or headphones connected.

yea integrated sound card and i did that already bro, any other suggestion?

UPDATE: Tryed installing Realtek HD Audio Codecs and before finishing the instalationg it says Error Code: 0x00000f

a) After you boot the computer using Windows 8 DVD, a black screen appears with gray text "Press any key to boot from CD or DVD". Press any key.
b) Select the correct time and keyboard type.
c) Click Repair your computer in the lower left corner.
d) Select Troubleshoot from Choose an option screen.
e) Click Advanced options in Troubleshoot screen.
f) Click on command Prompt.
g) Type the following commands and hit enter after each line of command:

Bootrec /fixmbr
Bootrec /fixboot
Bootrec /scanos
Bootrec /rebuildbcd

Restart the computer and check the issue.

Ok i managed to fix the issue, the issue was the drivers disk that came with the motherboard is for Realtek HDMI, so speakers got totally disabled the steps i did for anyone having the same problem are as follow:
1st Step: Restart BIOS by removing the battery
2nd Step: Reinstall windows
3rd Step: When installing the driver from the drivers disk Skip the Realtek Drivers (if you want to update the Realtek Driver download the codecs for your windows from Official webpage)
