Hi!
I'm playing Diablo 3 atm. and it's stuttering every 2 seconds.
I've monitored my GPU usage while playing and it looks like this:

(It drops to like 10% usage all the time)
Does this have something to do with my PC settings (maybe some power settings?), or is it just the game acting strange?
And if anyone has a fix, it'll be much appriciated!
