Hey gents, I've only got a $350-$400 budget and would like to use a Corsair Air 240 case (i can get one for $50) and I need to know what build choice can I go to get the best performance for my budget and also look decent through the window (similar color scheme led fans and everything) I prefer the aesthetics to performance really but it's a very important trait.

Thanks in advance,

Can't do much with a $400 budget. Assuming you just need the computer with no OS, these are what I came up with. The SSD will get you started, you can add more storage later.

Build 1: All AMD (Red and Black Color Scheme)

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: AMD Athlon X4 860K 3.7GHz Quad-Core Processor ($73.88 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: ASRock A88M-G/3.1 Micro ATX FM2+ Motherboard ($60.99 @ Amazon)
Memory: Kingston Beast 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-2133 Memory ($40.79 @ Amazon)
Storage: Sandisk Z400s 128GB 2.5" Solid State Drive ($39.88 @ OutletPC)
Video Card: MSI Radeon R7 360 2GB Video Card ($92.99 @ Newegg)
