So I decided to update the bios on my Biostar TA970 motherboard.
I used the bios from there site and after it had installed the PC reset but the PC would not post
I have tried resetting to CMOS. Using only 1 stick of ram, unplugged my hard drives.
I don't know if there is much more I can do
