I been trying to come do a decision on this PC for a while now, I need help. I have a budget of $1400. This PC is going to be used for editing video through after effects and premiere. And streaming. Also lots of graphics on Photoshop and Illustrator. I want somethings that is going to run fast, especially rendering. Eventually I would like dual monitors but for now if 1 monitor can be included to this list I would like it to be a 24 inch or bigger. As long as the pc meets the budget im willing to let the monitor make it over budget a little.

What you really want is a i7 5930K, but that would put you in a $2000 budget. Similar to BadActor's build, but a bit out of budget for a bit more performance:
