RAM compatible with Asus Sabertooth Z170 S?

It says "Up to 64 GB Dual-Channel DDR4-2400/2133 Non-ECC Memory."

Does this mean anything above 2400 is incompatible?

Should I stick to 2400? I'd like to get 3200 and I'd maybe think of changing boards if I can't.

It means that above 2400mhz it's considered overclocking and is not guarantied to work.
But you can still try.

*When running XMP at DDR4 3200 MHz or higher, the system’s stability depends on the CPU’s capabilities.

Try it and see if it works. You'll probably need to enable XMP mode.
Whats the ram model name btw? Can you post screenshot from CPU-Z memory and spd sections?

It's 2400mhz ram, currently running @2133mhz.
To run it @2400mhz, you have to enable XMP.

It is not compatible with 3200mhz mode.
