evga gtx 750ti drops fps in aion free to play

hello everyone i have a problem with a graphic card evga gtx 750ti is droping the fps from 60 to 10 for few seconds in an online games like Aion and World of Tanks. I already check the temps of the cpu nothing wrong there in the moment of the drop is max at 55 but i also check the gpu memory clock and the gpu core clock whit the msi afterburner and in the moment of the drop they numbers go rly low like 405 for gpu memory clock and 135 for gpu core clock i already uninstall the drivers and reinstall them the problem is still there. My spec is Intel Core i5 4460 2x4gb ram corsair motherboard gibabite B85M HD3 power supply 500w. Anyone can help me. Sorry for my english
