Occasionally (Kind of often but not like every other minute) there will be a moment where my game like freezes for a second or 2 and then keeps going. It's very annoying because it happens a lot during fighting. I have an r9 390 and an i7-6700k. Everything is maxed out and I never experience frame drops, always stay on 60 maybe drops to 58 lol. My computer also feels like it runs unusually hot, like it spits out more heat, though when I check the temps they are perfectly normal. I am also comparing this to The Witcher 3, which is a lot more graphically intense, at least I am pretty sure it is.
