What graphics card should i get?

What graphics card would you recommend for this setup. i am planing on playing mostly Arma 2 DayZ Overpoch mod. I'm also not sure what PSU i should get, either a 500 Watt or 600 Watt.

Intel Core I5-4460 3.2 GHz
ASRock H97 Pro4
500 Watt be quiet! System Power 7 Bulk Non-Modular 80+ Silver / 600 Watt be quiet! Pure Power L8 Non-Modular 80+ Bronze

I agree with the above posts. GTX 1070.
You could get a GTX 970 now, but when the 1070 comes out you'd feel pretty stupid.

According to NVIDIA, for the GTX 1080 a 500W PSU is recommended, and the card requires an 8-Pin power connector.
So 500W should also be good for the 1070.

I'm looking for a mid-range card, 980ti is a bit overkill for arma 2
