I have Acer Aspire 4755G with stock ram 4gb ddr3 1333mhz.

Is it possible for me to replace with an 8gb ddr3 1600mhz ram?

If yes what voltage should i buy, 1.5V or 1.35V?

A single 8 GB memory module should work. But a module that is rated at 1600 MHz (or higher) will (or should) be down-clocked automatically by the system BIOS to 1333 MHz to match the system capability. This laptop is limited to 1333 MHz operation.

Note that getting a 2 x 4 GB dual channel kit would be the better option instead of getting a single 8 GB module (which would run in single channel mode only). Dual channel mode offers increased memory bandwidth and should provide an increase in system performance compared to single channel mode.
