Best Headset/Headphones for SoundBlaster Z?

Hi!
I currently have the astro A40 Gen-2 with my soundblaster z and I am not really all that please. I will probably end up putting it with my ps4. Anyways, I would really like a suggestion for a solid headset to use with my card! I play games with my headset, that is all! I use my speakers for media consumption! Any ideas would be great!

Do you need a mic? Does it have to be gimmicy gaming headphones like astros? (no offense). I would recommend some quality headphones like same some beyer dynamic dt770's, sennhesier hd558's, or fostex T50RP's to name a few. What are you looking for out of your headphones? Soundstage, bass, a bit of everything?

For my SB card i use a set of shure SRH750DJ, they pretty much handle anything i throw at them. And i use there MV5 mic for any chatting.

A Mic would be preferred, however, I have the sound blaster card that has the volume knob, which has a built in mic. And a bit of everything would be great! If I need to get my bass fix in, I have a sub with my speakers! I will check out these recommendations!
