How to fix bad HDD... Again?!

Solution
Agreed, multiple HDDs having the identical problem crop up, especially after such a short time, indicates a problem somewhere else. Things to check:
-- replace the SATA cables (fairly inexpensive)
-- try using different SATA ports on the motherboard (to make sure the SATA ports themselves aren't going bad)

Barring those tests, it's possible that a) the board itself is starting to go bad (quite possible, given the apparent age of the board), or even b) there's an issue with the PSU going bad (don't see what brand/model/size you have in either post).
