Based on that kind of pricing/marketing alone, cards sell for somewhere in the region of ~35% higher in the UK.
$599 USD for a 'normal' card + 35% = $808 USD which is roughly 560GBP
Founders edition $699 USD for a 'normal' card + 35% = $943USD which is roughly 650GBP.
All speculation of course, but i'd be 99.99% sure you won't see a 1080 priced remotely close to it's US counterpart.
