OK. So a little less than a month ago, I built a computer and bought all my parts from microcenter. The EVGA GTX 970 I bought at the time was around $330. A few days ago I cashed in on the price protection and got about 100 dollars back.
My question is since the GTX 1070 is coming out on June 10th at $379, should I just return my GTX 970 (I have 6 more days to return it) and wait until June 10th? I have a spare computer; shitty but works and a number of iPads. 20 days for a behemoth card? I think it is worth it! Tell me your thoughts!

Waiting until the 10th, or maybe a bit later, will let honest reviews and benchmarks for both companies releases to be produced and distributed, so personally, I'd have waited a bit more before the build.

Yes, return the card and wait a month. (As an aside, if the older machine has a discrete card, put that in the new machine and dream of the goodness when it is finally replaced.)
