Athlon X4 860K only using 2 of 4 cores

Recently plugged in my CPU, and only 2 cores are being used. Msconfig only shows it as a Dual Core, and going into bios doesn't give me an Option to set it to 4. Just "Automatic" and "2 Cores per Processor".

run "msconfig" in windows, click on boot tab, then advanced, then make sure the number of cores box is unchecked.

It was checked, So I unchecked it. Rebooting now

Each module is a processor so try this option.
Other thing to try
In msconfig go to boot tab->advanced options and select 4 cores,reboot and see.
last on go to the device manager and uninstall your current CPU reboot and let it find you CPU again.
