RAM not Operating at Optimal Speed

I am using G. Skill Ripjaws V DDR4-3000 memory in my system. I am trying to run a stress test using AIDA64 but it is telling me that my memory is only running at the recommended 2133. I have included 3 screen shots showing my hardware, what my system is telling me, and includes my BIOS settings which also shows my CPU overclock. Would that have anything to do with it?

Aida is showing mobo default, the last two show the DRAM at 3000. Check with the free App CPU-Z in the memory tab, it should show true freq and the timings you are actually running at, appears things look correct
