how to change LED of G1 GAMING 980 TI

I recently acquired the gtx 980 ti oc from gigabyte.
I tried downloading the oc guru 2 software to change the led on the fan, but it will not work, as in it will not even open.
is there any way to fix this, or any way around it?
I am running windows 10 64 bit

The fans can't change color only the "windforce" logo. Where do I go in GeForce experience to change this?

There's no way to change the led color here. It just shows "GeForce gtx" in green to the left but I can't change any color option.

Everything is up to date. Mine is the 980 ti that has 7 color changing properties but I can't control them without the guru 2 app
