I was wondering if 2x 240mm rads in a single loop would be enough to cool an overclocked i7 6700k and two overclocked GTX 980's in SLI with 4 1500rpm fans? Would this be enough to keep the temps at 50-60 degrees celsius? Thanks!

Solution
yep. you can think- divide them, so the 6700k is utilizing the needed power from one rad, while the 2 GPUs will go with the other. though a loop doesn't work that way exactly, as of dividing, but you get a power estimate. the GPUs stock coolers will run hotter than even with a 120mm rad. so yes it will run fine. what I am worries about more is that are you having some sort of memory and VRM coolers for your GPU? those get pretty hot. you want a fan that goes over the VRMs or have a full contact block for the surrounding components.

Honestly, even though I would normally recommend AIOs for this kind of situation, given your build it might be worth looking into a custom water cooling job.
Now you don't necessarily need to trust yourself with all those fragile components! (I know I wouldn't)
If you google a PC store near you that can put together a loop with some good parts, then its probably going to be worth your money as a pose to buying two H100is.

So would EK's Full-Cover water block solve your worries?

Yes that is perfect. The only bad thing about water cooling is VRms and memory. Well full cover blocks solve that.
