If you still want it under 1000 then you have to compromise with GPU and go for GTX960 instead of GTX970 which I would not prefer as there is big difference in their performance

If you don't need the optic drive you can exclude it and save $15
 
Solution
I have a few problems with the above build, however I wont really recommend on them at the time being (Although, I will say there is a fairly substantial (>30%) difference between a 970 and a 960).

Since pascal is about to launch, and since september is a long ways away (in tech time), dont get recommendations now. Prices and availability will not stay the same, so there is no point.
