I just built my first PC a week ago, I have the AMD FX 8370 installed with the Wraith cooler. So I've been looking in my task manager and some things don't look right.
I have Cool 'n' Quite with all the other power saving features off in my bios. My CPU is NEVER going over 35%. Just a straight stable line of 35% when running a stress test. I checked CPUZ and it showed the cores were using 100% of what they could, in task manager it says the speed is 1.36Ghz and 34% Utilized.
It does state the max is 4.0Ghz in my task manager. I also monitor the temperatures, my bios says 20 degrees and CPUZ says 15 degrees on full load, so something is wrong throttling my CPU down.
Any tips? This is my first build so I'm kinda confused. Thanks!
EDIT: Quick note my PSU does have enough power, 600watts with a GTX 750Ti.
