Graphics card running slow and I need to update drivers everytime I boot up.

I have a rather wierd problem. I have a Intel core I5 4430 and a gtx 950 windows 10 16gigs of ram with a z97p-d3 motherboard. EVerytime i boot my computer My graphics card runs slow but when i update the drivers it dosent. SO I have to keep reinstalling the same driver to have playabble fps in battlefield 4. I usually have 95 but without updating all the time I have 15. Please Help!
