[RESOLVED] Graphics card clock speed and TDP rising for no reason.

Suddenly my graphics card fired up when running something like Chrome and 2 windows picture viewer on.. with typica skype and steam on.. my card never reached those high clock speeds like that before..

The card is running like under load when the stuff I have open should never push it like this..

I have an ASUS GTX970 STRIX.

No no, it was happening with everything, but it's okay I fixed it, I had accidentally put the graphics card power on "Maximum performance" but instead of a game profile I forgot and did it on the global settings and even simple windows image viewer was suddenly making it run at full power
