16GB RAM 2133 MHZ.
EVGA NIVIDIA 730 2GB 384 CUDO CORES
AND A GIGBYTE MB150 MOTHERBOARD
240GB SSD DRIVE
1 TB HDD
COOLER MASTER PROCESSOR FAN
K380 COOLER MASTER CABINET
COSAIR 650 WATTS SMPS

WILL THIS CONFIGURATION BE BEST IN THE PRICE RANGE OF 65,000 RS INR

i dont want to use any games on it

if you are not going to game on it, skip the gt 730. The hd 530 of the i7 is more than enough for any task. If you can afford it, you might consider going for the i7-5820k/i7-6850k.

You typed the comment as soon as I answered. FPS is frames per second and is used as a measure mainly for games. You won't game so you don't care about that. Your computer will run just fine, rendering requires cpu.

If you go for a xeon it will have to use DDR3 and you will need a GPU since they don't have an integrated GPU.

Doesn't matter, neither will make a difference, it will all be down to the CPU. Best use the integrated gpu of the cpu.

Not by a country mile. In fact, your GPU only factors in at all if you set it to do so via a GPU acceleration mode (for NVidia this would be CUDA), and not all GPU models are supported officially for that. If your CPU is enough, it is enough.

If you can afford a supported GPU model for your program of choice, it certainly can't HURT. But I don't know if that model is one of them.
