Hello There and thank you for clicking this Thread, Now let me get to the point.

I Got a new Gaming Computer around a year ago and I need to update My video Card And CPU (This is The Computer I Own Right Now http://www.amazon.com/CyberpowerPC-...UTF8&qid=1463461629&sr=8-1&keywords=Gaming PC )

I need a video card that is cheap, Can Fit In This Computer and can run at Least the Witcher III And/or any New Gen Games with 60 FPS and no lag. Any CPU that is Under 100$ (Doesn't matter What Kind)

Thank You To anyone who helps me out with this And if I'm posting in the wrong spot Please Tell me, Since this is my first time on these boards I'm not sure where to put this.

It's a pretty old board but the compatibility chart claims it supports an fx-8300 which would be an upgrade over the 4300. If you take the side off you should be able to get some more info about your PSU i.e.

In a lot of prebuilt systems they often use a poor quality PSU that will suffice for the machine spec. This causes people problems when they decide to put a more powerful GPU in the system. Frequently at worst the PSU will lack the connectors for your new GPU, at worst they will cause damage to components when stressed.

I can't find any information about the motherboard or PSU in your system (other than the fact its a 4300 FX CPU). The R7 240 GPU is really pretty poor as i'm sure you're aware by now. If you look at the back of the PC is there any information on the brand/type of PSU in the system? I would probably start by recommending an R9 380X or a 960 GTX (if those are within your GPU budget and your PSU can power them).

They are both very decent cards for 1080p gaming (certainly compared to what you have) and will cost around 180-200 USD. If your motherboard supports it then probably for $100 the best CPU might be the FX6300, you can get it for around $80 and (again depending on what the motherboard supports) it will overclock if you buy a decent cooler.
