it began whit the game rust it crashed lot of times and said anything i didnt know anymore but after da crashes google chrome keeps making my freeze i think.
now i use opera but i want chrome back!
But somethimes there are also random thing on my screen.
Pls help me!

Some games do not exit cleanly and don't return system to previous state, let alone when they crash. That could also explain those random things on the screen.
You say that you have 8GB of RAM but how much free RAM while you are running both, game and Chrome ?

it said screen adapter crashed when rust crashed and it was recovered but last time i didnt getted the message jsut it was frozed the whole day
I did restart after a 2/3 hours ()_()

There you go, 80 + 41 = 121% and that means it's doing heavy swapping to disk to virtual memory. It may help to increase it to 2.5 times actual RAM. Keep in mind that virtual memory is thousands times slower.

i have i5 4460 now 30 idle 40/45 when gaming no overheating

You probably still hear sounds even when it crashes but that doesn't mean whole system didn't crash/stop.

At this point I would do clean install of windows and game or at least try windows repair first. Memory and disk tests may show something too.
Which windows are you at ?

Try running from Command prompt (As Administrator) those two lines one by one.
sfc /scannow

dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

They just check system files and attempt repair if necessary, will not touch programs and settings.

Those random things on your screen are likely artifacts. It may be a hardware issue, i.e. your card is damaged. Do you have warrantly still? What is your graphics card?
