Can i replace this coolers fan?

A fan that is quiet as possible as my current one rattles a bit which is a whirly noise, I have told the motherboard to run the fan in silent profile and its a lot better sound wise now and the temps are only 5C higher (So its current 45C) but the fan is still very audible.
