l have a Corsair RM650x Modular psu and l want to buy this sleeved cable kit https://www.pccasegear.com/products/30137/pccg-sleeved-cable-extension-kit-blue-pinstripe but l don't know much about sleeved cables and psu cables and l was wondering if l were to buy this kit would all the components be compatible by using that sleeved cable kit and would having this sleeved cable kit affect my psu wattage e.g. using extra watts from the psu. If any one can help, it would really mean a lot since my knowledge of this is very limited.

sorry but l not really understanding what you mean by plugging them to the existing cables of the psu. If you could explain more that would help

Ok your PSU came with a bunch of cables. SATA Cables, CPU cables, PCIe cables, etc. The extensions that you linked plug in to those cables, extending out the cable. Typically extensions are used when the exiting cables are too short, but in this case they're to make them look better plus they extend the length. The upside to extensions is they cost less than custom cables because they can be used with any PSU, but the downside is you now have a bunch more cable length to manage in your case.
