window 8 no network connection deleted drivers

Find the device in Control Panel, right click it and go to Properties then click the Details tab. Scroll to HardwareIDs and note the four characters which follow VEN for Vendor and DEV for Device.
Input those details at http://www.pcidatabase.com and follow the trail to the only safe driver download site - the manufacturers.
When you get to the manufacturers list, you need your browser's Edit>Find menu to input the DEV detail because they are not in any order.

but i don t have acsess on the internet no wifi no nothing everything lost...No connection available..and in device manager it says under question mark only network controler sm bus controler and usb 2.0 - crw with ! Sighn
