Alright, so about 3 months ago, my computer completely locked up and froze while I was playing a game on it. I never found out what it was that caused it, but ever since then, my boot ups take about 5 minutes, my PC always has 100% disk usage for around 5 minutes, and sometimes I'll get random spikes of Disk Usage to 100%. I've tried everything, from disabling Superfetch and Windows Search and doing virus scans to doing a disk check and even disabling everything not Microsoft from running on start up. My hard drive (HDD) isn't making any noises, which is good, but could this be a loose SATA cable? Maybe some other trick I haven't heard about? Someone please help me if they can, because at this point it's becoming annoying.
