I am literally going nuts over this. All my text has jagged edges. I have tried

1) Adjusting Windows Clear Font.
2) Unistall and re-install video card drivers
3) Set antialiasing to full
4) Adjust the screen resolution

Here is a pic of what I am referring to:

Solution
Can't see the picture at work, this started when? Anything changed, added, repalced, etc...?
Does it happen on both screens since you have two monitors? Try using a VGA connection, see if that helps. Most card and monitors have blocker looking text when on a digital connection. When you said you adjusted the resolution, are you not running at the monitor's native resolution? If not, set it to that.

It looks like this was more a Adobe Acrobat issue, rather then all text. I did adjust the clear text settings in Windows and then I adjusted the "Resolution Settings" in "Page Display" under the Adobe Acrobat settings. I set it to Resolution to Use System Settings 96 pixels/inch and that help considerably
