Noctua NH-D15 D-Type Versus My Rig's space: Will it fit?

So lately, I've had issues. That's an understatement, it's been a few months. Being the inept person that I am, it seems, I had no clue why my PC would throttle. But I understand now. My liquid cooler, an Aestek, most likely failed, or had been on the fast track to failing, but I know for sure now that it is definitely trash. BSoD due to evident CPU overheating via RealTemp proves it.

I could've saved myself months of a headache if I spent a little more time not being an idiot. I digress.

Allow me to stop being irrelevent and hit straight to the point. I've been looking at the Noctua NH-D15, and it looks beautiful. The colors aren't my thing, but I care about what works. And from what I can tell, it does more than enough. But what put me off was the acknowledgement of how damn big it is.

I did some figuring, but I'm garbage when it comes down to measuring with what I had. I believe I do, in fact, have enough space for it, but common sense dictates to ask people who are much more informed over this for opinion than I am. I'll include pictures below.

Minus the now-defunct watercooler, of which will be removed, how does it look? The images aren't the greatest, forgive me for that, but it's what I had to work with. The case looks and feels pretty huge. But, ya know.

As a side note: If anyone has a better suggestion for an air cooling unit, I'm all ears. I don't usually do overclocking of any sort. Thanks for any help in advance.

I failed to mention that my Motherboard is an MSI X99 SLI. I heard it's completely compatible.

My case is a CyberPowerPC X-Nova Mid-Tower Gaming Case w/ USB 3.0, Side-Panel Window.
