I've been having a lot of issues with my PC freezing and forcing a hard restart. The Event Log shows that the Kernel Power Event 41 Task 63, etc... but I don't know if that is the cause of the lockup or just an error from forcing a shutdown. I haven't been able to find a forum post with quite the same situation before.

At first, this was only happening during gaming - video becomes unresponsive and the audio turns into a terrible 'dial-up internet' kind of noise. There is no way to get out of the frozen game, the only solution is to hard restart the PC. This only occurs in certain games and doesn't seem to be related to the demand on the system. For example, I can play the Witcher 3 for hours on end, but cannot play Civ 5 or SimCity for more than a few minutes before a freeze will occur. Recently this also began occuring outside of gaming, during regular internet browsing.

I did build this system myself (and it was my first) so it's definitely possible that I made a mistake during the assembly that is causing this. If anyone has any suggestions on what to do, or where to look for a solution, I'd appreciate your help! Thanks.
